What to send us
The more of this you can tell us up front, the faster we can come back with an accurate quote rather than a range:
- Your date— and the time you'd like the meal served
- Guest count — an estimate is fine at this stage
- Venue — the area, and whether there are kitchen facilities on site
- Occasion — corporate, wedding, private gathering, funeral or something else
- Service style — buffet, sit-down or finger foods, if you already know
- Dietary requirements — halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or allergens
Where we cater
We cater across all of Nairobi, with dedicated pages for Westlands, Karen, Kilimani and Gigiri, plus Lavington, Runda, Kileleshwa, Muthaiga, Langata, Upper Hill and Parklands. We also cater events outside the city by arrangement.

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply the same day during working hours. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your date, guest count, venue and occasion. We build a menu around that and come back with a fixed figure — there are no fixed packages to choose from.
What's included in a booking?
Serving staff, cutlery, crockery and the full serving setup are included as standard. We don't provide tents, chairs, furniture or décor — those come from a separate hire supplier.
How far in advance should I book?
Four to eight weeks gives you the most choice on menu and date. December fills up earliest. Short-notice events are often still possible — ask us.
What size events do you cater?
From around 20 guests up to 5,000 and above. Guest count changes the menu and the staffing, not whether we can take the booking.
Do you cater outside Nairobi?
Yes, by arrangement. Tell us the venue and we'll factor travel into the quote.
